Mind Mapping to Blissfulness
Mind Mapping is a unique technique that uses visual diagrams to promote creativity and structure ideas. Its primarily used for identifying solutions but we will use it to uncover our blissfulness.
How to begin
Step 1: Start off by writing the word “Happy” on a piece of paper
Step 2: Around the word happy take a few minutes and write subtopics or ideas that make you happy. For example: family member, a friend, a pet, an experience, etc.
Step 3: Add branches from that initial word happy to the subtopics in step 2.
Step 4: With branches connecting to the subtopics in Step 3 add more detail to the ideas and continue to expand. Ask yourself why these things make you happy?, What do I feel about these things? What do oI want mote of or less of
Step 5: Review and Reflect on what really makes you happy
